Croissants
Using the French technique alternating layers upon layers of tender dough with creamy butter we create light airy croissants every day. Available in a variety sizes from 1 ounce to 4 ounces, retail packaging for in-store thaw-and-serve programs, bulk for foodservice, or frozen dough for proof-and-bake bakeries applications.

Danish
We make delicious breakfast pastries starting with our sweet raised yeast dough and filled with real fruit, cheese, and other fine ingredients.
