Dobake Bakeries feature a variety of laminated pastries that includes buttery croissants, sweet-yeasted Danish, cinnamon rolls and turnovers.

Croissants

Using the French technique alternating layers upon layers of tender dough with creamy butter we create light airy croissants every day. Available in a variety sizes from 1 ounce to 4 ounces, retail packaging for in-store thaw-and-serve programs, bulk for foodservice, or frozen dough for proof-and-bake bakeries applications.

  • Traditional all butter
  • Filled with chocolate or almonds

Danish

We make delicious breakfast pastries starting with our sweet raised yeast dough and filled with real fruit, cheese, and other fine ingredients.

  • Mini Danish in four flavors: lemon, cheese, apple, and berry
  • Filled fruit with blueberry, apple, cherry, fruit, and cheese (with icing or without)
  • Strip Danish filled with fruit or cheese
  • Available individually wrapped, retail, or bulk packed

Cinnamon Rolls

Simple sweet dough filled with cinnamon and brown sugar.

  • Traditional loaded with brown sugar and cinnamon topped with rich and gooey icing
  • Unique sweet potato sweet dough, full of vitamin A
  • Seasonal pumpkin spice
  • Raw dough for proof-and-bake
  • Individually wrapped, heat and serve bakery tray, or bulk packed

Turnovers

We make our delicious turnovers with a scratch puff pastry dough. Filled with apple, lemon and cherry, our turnovers are a perfect treat for any time of day.
